Asus p5Q - which is the best for the best price and why so manyoptions?

I am getting confused with all of the ADD-ON letters to the P5Q Asus
motherboard series.

I am looking to do some video editing, high definition - but I am not
going the DDR3 route yet.
So, which motherboard of the P5Q series should I be looking at ?

1) Asus P5Q Socket 775, Intel P45 + ICH10R Chipset,PCI-Express x16

I just installed the P5Q-E withs a Q9650 primarily did not want to
spend mucho more bucks for the deluxe, but I did want the ESATA
connector.
