hello there,
I just bought a new lap top from over seas, but
unfortunately the windows came with it only came in
Chinese. I was wondering if there are any ways to change
that to english?

As far as I know you'll need to purchase a new Window license in the
language you require.

It's a little more intense than just purchasing a license. You'll have
to buy an English version of Windows, format your drive, and reinstall.
Go to the laptop mftr.'s website and download English language drivers
for all the hardware, too.

Sorry, no. You need to buy a whole new English version.

You cannot upgrade from one language version of the OS to another,
so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of English WinXP
to perform a clean installation.
