New laptop no new messages appearing

I previously used outlook express now using Windows Mail on a new laptop. I
am able to send emails with no errors to various email addresses including my
self but still receiving No new messages except for one from Microsoft
Windows Mail Team <[email protected]>.

Please help.

You probably have the wrong Winmail settings. What Email
service do you use? (e-mail address removed) the part
here represented by emailservice.com NOT the myname
part.
