new laptop, need to configure outlook to access old email pst file

I'm leaving my current employer so bought a new personal laptop and need to
configure the outlook to access old emails/pst files from the old work
laptop. I don't need the outlook to access an exchange server - just allow
me to pull up old emails, access any attachments, etc. How do I do that? I
have Outlook 2003. Many thanks-

Some companies (like mine) would consider you a thief if you were to take
old emails with you when you left. Typically, email belongs to the company,
not the individual.

File>Open>Outlook Data File.
