new items of interest

Outlook 2003, one of my users reports that everytime he recieves an email he
not only gets the standard New Mail Desktop Alert, he also now has a box
popup in the middel of his screen that says "You have recieved a new item of
interest" and lists the subject of the incoming email. He doesn't know how he
enabled this and I can't figure out where to disable it. Where is it coming
from?
