New Internet explorer please

Ok since there is so many people having so many problems
with IE6 why doesnt microsoft make a new internet
explorer and have most of the bugs fixed. I noticed that
alot of people have a problem with the pictures not
displaying and alot of people have problems that seem not
to be getting fixed.
