New Installation of Windows XP Professional

After installing XP Professional on my new system, the system will not boot
without giving me a Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk and Press Enter
message.

I have since installed SP2 and can no longer try reinstalling from my
Windows disk.

Can someone tell me if I can enter a command to fix this?

Are you saying that you installed Windows XP from a CD (Windows XP or
Windows XP SP1?) and it functioned fine until you installed SP2 then it
failed?
