New Install of XP Pro in designated Drive and Partition

I have a machine with Win 2000 Pro Workstation in Drive 0
and Linux in 1st half of Dirve 1. Need to get Win XP Pro
to install in Drive 1 2nd half (as Partition 2).

When I start to install with my MSDN Win XP Pro disk, it
starts to put everything in Drive 0 over the top of
Windows 2000 Pro.

How can I direct the install to go to the second drive and
into the 2nd partition.

I am trying to use System Commander to assist, but it
appears to not be able to direct the install off of Drive
0.
