New HP Computer with Win XP Home

Computer Club member's new computer.

I have installed Service Pack 3 and a bunch (53 to be exact) of updates.

This update refuses to install: "Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express SP3"

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

The computer has Microsoft SQL Server 2005 installed. Why would Windows
Update offer an update to "...Express?"

Microsoft SQL is not an integrated XP module. It is usually installed
as part of some other applications. The "Express" name usually
indicates that this is a simple "desktop" stand-alone version that
does not require that a "full-blown" Microsoft SQL Server be
installed. As stated, Microsoft has made a "third" service pack (SP3)
for it.
