New hardware with old hd with windowsxp

Hi,
I have desktop with 1.8MHz . Now I want to change the mothboard and CPU
Intel 3.2
GHz.
Problem which I can face is that I want to use old hd having genuine windows
Xp and
Office 2003. Will this old hd will work with new hardware, without
reinstalling XP

You will need to do a Repair Install at the very least. See:
