New Hardware Prompt

I installed a HP deskjet 648c printer. The printer is working properly.
Everytime I start the PC the New Hardware propmt is started. It then fails
due to not being able to find the driver.

How to I turn this off? The New Hardware Wizard will not complete
successfully.
 
I already have the driver. No need for name calling.

The printer is working fine
