New Hardware Found...

I took a working system, upgraded the MB, installed the
drivers from the Manufacturer disk. Now, when I boot up
I get about 13 New Hardware Found dialog boxes. Most of
them are ?Unknown, but 3 of them are USB 2.0. I went to
the web and downloaded the updated usb 2.0 drivers and
installed them. It still comes up with a New Hardware
Found when I reboot. I had tried a clear the CMOS trick,
I have SP2 installed. I do not understand why it wont
take the drivers??????

Thanks in advance

You have given us absolutely no idea of what the computer is like (make,
model, ram, cpu, hard drive and type, etc).

maybe you read too far into this since he replaced the motherboard on an
already working system wouldn't he need to do a repair install.
