new graphics card

I am running windows xp and have a pentium III 700MHz
processor. The graphics card is an All-In-Winder ve PCI
card. After uninstalling the mother board graphics, I
installed the new card and software. installing the
moniter to the card and it works fine. I attached a TV
cable to the card and that also works fine. I than
attached my analog VCR to the card and played a tape and
could get nothing to show on the computer. I than ran the
ATI multimedia center configuration and got the
message "Faild, not MMX architecture". All other items
checked OK. I than went to my device manager and looked
under display adapter and it shows All-in wonder ve pci
enabled and intel 82810E graphics controller disabled.
Under sound, video, and game controllers, it shows ATI
wdm:rage theater audio and video, specialized mvd
codec, wdm specialized pcd codec, wdm tv audio crossover
and wdm tv tuner. How can I get the card to see or enable
MMX architecture?

Hi, Roy.

Have you visited the ATI web site? http://www.ati.com/ You probably need
updated drivers for that AIW card.

The Usenet newsgroup alt.comp.periphs.videocards.ati has some very helpful
gurus, too.
