I have the new ATI drivers 3.9 and mmc 8.7

I installed a All in winder 8500DV card and my TV tunner
will not work.

Under Device Manager i see 2 Yellow ( ! ) <----


ATI WDM TV Audio Crossbar and ATI WDM TV Tuner

This device cannot start. (Code 10)


How do i fix this problem ?





I reinstalled all the Drivers many times.

I reinstalled all the Drivers many times.

Often times another device in one of your PCI slots
(especially the one just below it) interferes with the
resources your video card needs. Add-on sound cards and
LAN cards are especially troublesome. Your options are:
1.) in BIOS, reserve IRQ for VGA card
2.) move some of your PCI cards around (ideally, remove
them all and replace 1 by 1.)

I have no hardware in my PCI Slots - only thing used is
the AIW 8500DV in the AGP slot.

My Motherbord is the Asus P4C800-E Dlux

Delete it in Device Manager, and reboot
See if that fixes it.
