Anyone know if there will be a FrontPage 2005, 2006 or 2007? Will it be tied to
Longhorn?

Thomas A. Rowe

Yes, there will be a next versions, when only MS knows, and as far as being tied to Longhorn, again
that is only something that MS knows

Yes, there will be a new version. No, it won't be "tied to" Longhorn. In
fact, it should be released prior to Longhorn. Exactly when, I can't say.
Maybe by the end of the year.

True, but only MS knows the timelines related to product releases. You will know that time is near,
when you start hearing the word "beta".

In all seriousness Chuck, There has been no definite date set.
irrc there isn't even a beta available yet. Unless I missed due to the big party downtown this
week, or being buried in a Visual Studio project.!!

Really only folks on the Office team will know anything at all about this.
Microsoft employees who work on other products won't know squat. Office is
*very* secretive about such things. :)

Heck, Tom. It was just a guess. For all I know, it could be the end of next
year! Maybe I was mixing it up with Indigo, which I'm pretty sure is coming
out by the end of this year. Hard to keeep track.
