And what is the difference between the professional Web designer and theWeb

EWis actually easier to use than FP, but you no longer have the FP bots.

A Professional is allowed to overcharge for crappy work, whereas a plain
developer only gets paid minimum wage.

Not left out. Just not targeted by the ad copy. Like any other form of
advertising, there is a target market. The vast majority of people who use
HTML development toolkits are professionals, and Microsoft is competing
against Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver has long enjoyed a reputation as a
"professional" web dev toolkit. Microsoft is merely targeting that very
large audience.

Expression, in fact, is very similar to FrontPage in many ways, and any
hobbyist or "serious home user" will find the transitiaon quite comfortable.
