New formatting with track changes on

Hi,
i'm working with a document that needs to keep track changes on, but not
visible.
However, the formatting is staying the same as if the track changes were
showing.
How can i see and print the document without the track change format to
disrupt what i would like to have with the track changes not showing?
Hope that makes sense.

PS,
is it possible to keep new formatting without accepting changes?

On the Reviewing toolbar, select Final rather than Final Showing Markup
view. Note that this merely hides the markup; it is still there until you
accept the changes.
