new folder

I have users who can't create folders in outlook (like a new subfolder from
Inbox or root).. right click New Folder is greyed out. It's not
consistant.. users are in same OU/Policy.

never mind.. the outcmd.dat file is getting screwed up by an Outlook addon.
 
Yep. Keep an eye on that dat file.
