New Folder Creation - COLUMN HEADING DEFAULTS...

OUTLOOK 2007:

When I create a new folder, there are column header defaults - i.e. From,
Subject, Received, Size, Categories..." etc.

By right-clicking on any of the column headings, and then selecting
"Customize Current View", and then selecting "Fields", I can add (select or
drag) the "TO" field to the right-hand side ("Show these fields in this
order"). In every case, I create the "TO" field to display between the
(current) "From" and "Subject" fields.

Obviously, I can manually change the column headings every time I create a
new folder... but would prefer to change the DEFAULT setting so that the "To"
column would display during every new folder creation.

IS there, and if there is, WHERE is the file/folder/option where I can
change the DEFAULT setting for the columns that are automatically created?
