'New Folder' button

How can I put a 'New Folder' button on the toolbars of my folders?

I know you can have such a button on an Explorer Bar, but I don't want an
Explorer Bar, it takes up too much room.

Since you seem to be too lazy for these...

ALT + F + W + F Will work from any folder, not from the Desktop.

Shift + F10 + W + F Works from Desktop.
