I recently bought a new computer because the mother board went on my other
one. is there a way to get my email addresses to my new computer?

Yes Yes I know what your saying why hadn't I backed everything up. I will
from now on big lesson learned!!

If you have a tech-savvy friend, he can hook up the hard drive from your
old computer as a temporary second drive for your new computer. That
would allow you to copy all the data from the old computer.
