New Email Rule Exception: except if from "people I've emailed to"

I'm struggling to create rules to block spam. It seems that no matter how
specific I get, I still end up trashing emails from people in my office.
One great rule would be to allow email from anyone I've sent email to unless
I've specifically blocked them. Outlook "knows" who I've emailed because it
prefills it the next time. A new Exception: "except if from people I've
emailed to" would help ensure that real emails are still allowed through.

Rules are not the way to fight spam. Also this cache operates separately
from other Outlook functionality and stores only up to 1000 names.

The option you want is available already though. Set your Junk E-mail
settings to Safe List Only and on the Safe Senders tab select the option to
automatically add the people you send to to your safe list.
