When I create a new email i receive a warning that a program or virus is
trying to access my address book: Do i want to allow access? Of course i
answer no.

I have checked my computer with virus checkers and adware programs and paid
someone to confirm the absence of viruses.

I did install Incredimail a fortnight ago (i know, stupid me). But have
uninstalled, removed its access rights in the Windows firewall.

This is driving me crazy.....please help!!!!

The warning is not necessarily a virus, just some add-in trying to
access Outlook objects such as the Addressbook.
Take a look in Outlook Options->Other->Advanced Options->COM Add-Ins:
There you will find a list of all the COM add-ins that are installed
on your Outlook.
Select each of them and click "Remove".
By the way: the latest version of IncrediMail Add-on for Outlook takes
care of these problems, and is actually quite good - better than
previous versions.

Good luck,
