new e-mail account

We just got a new computer and we are trying to set up our windows mail
accounts. how do we fill in the server information for POP3 and SMTP? We
have accounts with verizon.net. Is it POP3.verizon.incoming and
SMTP.verizon.incoming or some other configuration?

Verizon will have a page on their website with the settings.

Verizon incoming mail server: incoming.verizon.net
Verizon outgoing mail server: outgoing.verizon.net
