I left a message earlier today "Driver/ System error?". I
found my NVIDIA was Ge Force2 TNT model 64. I went to the
site, downloaded the update and now everything is huge
and the blue box does not fill my screen completely, as
it did before. The opening message (upon start-up)read
that space was now limited and I have reduce the size of
my icons to return some of my desktop items or remove
some thing!??? Did I do something wrong? I tried to
adjust the size of the icons at the "New NVIDIA desktop
manager" (I feel like someone took over my old
manager...eyach!) and was told this was normal (100%)
size. lowering it to 75% I lost readability. There is
some noticable intensity in the graphics, I guess, but I
am afraid the loss of an inch on either side of the
screen and the larger icons are disconcerting. Please
guide...
Many thank yous!

Right-click on the desktop, and choose propertied. Go to the Settings tab
and move the slider to 800x600, 1024x768, or whatever looks good to you.

Have you tried increasing/decreasing the monitor refresh rates in the
monitor settings. Also try and adjust the screen resolution, there's nothing
wrong with the new driver, its just that you need to adjust the screen
resolution/monitor refresh rates.
