new device in device manager ?

I recently found that the following devices became listed
in the device manager

INTER (r) AIM EXTERNAL FLAT PANEL DRIVERS 5, 6 and 7
along with AIM EXTERNAL TV ENCODER 5

Is this caused by a application? Which application?
How do I fix it?
