New Connection Wizzard

I have windows xp,and have high speed cable internet,I am trying to
esatablish a dail-up back up connection so I go to the network connect
wizzard to establish it and I am unable to do it because the option that says
connect using dail-up modem with an grayed out and I cannot select it,the
option that says connect using broadband is bold and is selected,I know that
it is not nothing wrong with my modem,I do telemarketing work at home on my
computer and dail thru my modem everyday,The modem dails the phone numbers,I
also with to Device Manager and my modem was working properly. Any
Suggerstions to getting this problem fix?
