New Connection Wizard Problem

I am trying to set up a new dial up connection, but in New Connection Wizard
where I want to select "Connect using dialup," it is greyed out and not
available to select. "Connect using Broadband Connection" is selected as I
do have a high speed connection already set up.

I previously was able to connect using dialup, but something happened and it
is gone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
