New Computers accounts not showing up in Active Directory 2000

This is odd, recently , new computer accounts that are sucessfully added to
the domain (see welcome to domain messgage, appear in DNS, have full access
to resources, etc) are not showing up at all in Active Directory.

I've rebooted the machines several times and refreshed and searched Active
Directory, replication is working fine. The computers are not there. There is
obviously a bigger issue going on, anyone have any ideas where to start
looking?

Nevermind. Looks like a sites and services issue with a DC that moved, and
now the machines are showing.
