How do I manage to get on my new computer all things of my old one
so as:
favorites
my outlook mails
etc

when can I install xp with the same CDrom en licence of my first computer?

You can use the XP disc from the old computer as long as
it is not an OEM XP and you remove the XP from the old
one...one XP per Computer. You can take all your old
files and settings from the old computer using the file
and settings transfer wizard found in system tools of
your program folder
