New computer

I just bought a new computer Pressario with windows Vista....I have my old
e-mails on it till June 08 and so far no new ones have come tru ! Also
missing heaps of photo's (mails from June to November) which are of great
sentimental value to me as my family live in Europe. How do I get this all
back? I'm getting frustrated as I was told everything would be transferred
to my new computer! Rang HP with regards of cash back....the girl was going
to confirm our phone conversation by e-mail. not received anything! Please
help or advise! Thanks Ludovica
 
Amazing, you are just now asking for help for a problem that started
on June 8th? Aren't you able to access the missing emails by going to
your mail provider's webmail portal?
What happens when you try to receive? Do you get an error message?
If so, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
