can any one help me i'm new to the computer but the sheriff department
sent me a picture of a scam artist but only thing there is an X
I click on the X but nothing happen can some one tell me how to see the
picture thanks

I'm assuming it was sent via email-- correct? Please verify and add as much
info as you can so that the problem can be identified and a resolution
found. For instance, if it was included in the body iof the message (as
HTML) then the image may be blocked by your email settings. It's also
possible that they tried to send the image as a link from a site that blocks
such usage.
