New computer can't see others in workgroup

I just got a new computer and I already have about five others. All the
others see each other fine, but my new one doesn't see any them (no reply via
ping...). But it does get internet Here is ipconfig for the new machine:

I don't know really what to make of the discrepencies or what I should do to
resolve the issue of the new computer not seeing the others.

First, Bath has IPX/SPX on it. Please remove that.

Next, an "error = 53" or "access denied" can have several causes.
# Corrupted LSP / Winsock.
# Firewall problem.
# Registry settings.
# Invalid node type.
# Excessive protocols.

Once you have checked out all suggestions on each computer involved, please
rerun "ipconfig /all" and "browstat status" on all 3.

review your browser structure.
