New card purchase...let's cut to the chase!!

I """""WILL""""" be purchasing a new card tomorrow,i'm not worried to much
about cost...but am after........................?
I currently have an 9700 pro :( 'card's fast...but.........piece of shit
only boot's when it want's(which is usually after i boot it to safe mode).
I AM NOT AFTER A FIX FOR THIS CARD.

Any recommendations folks?? , 9800???

I've replaced this and an 8500 with numerous other cards and problem's have
never been emulated :(

Mainboard is a Supermicro P3TDDE running dual 1.4 tulatins, PSU is 450 watt
