New calendar entry wrong default

Hi,

hope somebody can help me with this strange issue....

How can I change back the default "Show as" to "Busy" in Outlook 2003^
I have 1 user that the default "show as" is been shown as "free"

Is there a way of changing it back to "Busy" without trying to reinstall
Office?

our current configuration is :
Outlook 2003 in cache mode
Exchange 2007 SP1
Blackberry desktop manager installed on his computer.

You cannot change the defaults for the "Show time as" field. If you
double-click to create an event in a calendar view where the time scale does
NOT show, the default will always be "Free". If you double-click to create an
event in a view where the time scale does show, the default will always be
"Busy".
