Got myself a new Pioneer DVR-108 and while it burns DVD media ok it won't
bun CD-R/W. I tried a friends external DVD writer and got the same result. I
re-installed Nero but still get the same problem
BTW Nero infotool says my machine supports CD-R/w but doesn't like it when I
try one. Help please!

have you tried just installing nero express of your disc
instead of the full software? because i had the same
problem and it would only burn whe n i used nero express.

Have you tried a different brand of CD-RW disc? some just plain suck
and won't work in certain drives.

I saw there was a new (yesterday) version of Nero, so I downloaded and
installed it. Everything works ok now. My other version of Nero was only
installed post-SP2. These things can be so tricky and frustrating!
Thanks
Roy
