New browser - maximized

Does anyone know how to set IE so that when one opens a
new browser, it is always maximized? I don't want to
have to streach it out either.

To get a true maximized window...

IE New Window Maximizer http://www.jiisoft.com/iemaximizer/index.htm

But if you stretch one of those windows out to fill the screen, close other
IE windows, close that window last, it will remember that size.

You normally only have to stretch it once.
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
