New "Archive" field (On/Off tickbox)

Hi All,

I want to try and setup a feature in Outlook which will emulate my gmail
html email inbox.

I want to add a tickbox button on the email inbox whereby when I tick it, I
can then click an Archive button to move that email from my inbox to an
Archive folder.

I've created a new yes/no field but cant seem to click it in my inbox. I was
then thinking of just setting up a rule to move it.

Can anyone help please?

What's wrong with right-click>Move to Folder or using the Move to Folder
button on the Standard toolbar, which will remember the ten most recent
folders where you've moved messages?
