I just created a new user account on XP - SP2 but when I try to run Outlook,
it is attempting to reinstall outlook when outlook is already on the
machine.

1. Why is this
2 Is there any way to copy one user profile to another.


My SP2 upgrade screwed my windows explorer up and th other way to get it to
work is to create anotther user account

Hi,

1) There is always a short install when a new user account opens Outlook for
the first time. It is initializing under that profile.
