I have my notebook running the Presenter View, and the Slide Show is showing
up on the screen via the projector, all per the set-up instructions for dual
monitor use. Problem is, I have numerous videos in the slide show that are
set to run with a "mouse click." My pointer shows up on my notebook
Presenter View, but no pointer on the slideshow view? How do I get the
mouse to show up on the slideshow as well so I can start each of the videos.

My suggestion would be to put the video on a separate slide and set it to
automatic. Then when you want to view the video, use the Presenter View
function to advance the slide and the video will appear and play.

You can have only one mouse pointer showing up. Move it sidewards on
presenter view, so it will show up in slideshow view, when it leaves the
notebook screen. Use trial-and-error or operating system settings to find
out, whether you have to move to the left or to the right.

Kind regards,
