Network's Icons Missing

After to install a second NIC the network's icons missing.

I try with the wint the article of Microsoft Q273461, Q254631, Q269019 and nothing happens.

My server is HP LX5800R with Windows 2000 Adv and the 2 nics are HP 10/100TX PCI LAN Adapter.
 
Upgrade the OS to SP-2, this should help update the faulty
IE files. Most desktop display and icons are displayed
after IE (Explorer.exe) modules have loaded correctly.
