I switched from Domain to a Workgroup and the computer
will not let me LOG on because the username and password
is not valid.
So I tried to switch back to a Domain and the Domain is
not valid or can not be found. How do I fix It.

You'll have to bring back your machine to the network where it belongs and
ask the system administrator to rejoin it for you.
Unless you know the local Administrators' password, you won't be able to
login.
