networking with VPN

I used to be able to call into my work's server but now
when I connect using the VPN I set up I can't see the
server on the network and I can't get access to any of the
data. I get an error message stating that the network
path cannot be found.

I recently updated my Win2000 computer at home with SP5
but aside from that nothing has changed. My computer at
work is running SBS 2000.
