Networking with SP2 Installed

Is there any reason why a USB-USB Network Bridge Adapter which previously
worked pre-SP2 now doesn't show in Network Connections. It shows in Task
Manager - Networking and in Device Manager but not in Network Connections or
in Home Networking Wizard so I can't bridge to it ??
 
the answer is a simple one, BEFORE ever loading a service
pack, like sp2, look for compatability issues with windows
knowledge base, you might need to download an updated
driver for USB bridge, another unfortunate issue could just
be that of WSC and its new stronghold, RC SP1. gave
detailed information about firewall and antivirus
incompatability and the ability to detect such items as NAV
and ZONE ALARM
