Networking with multiple connections to the Internet

I currently have two connections to the Internet. One via Comcast cable, the
other via DSL. It is possible to connect a machime to both computers and
bridge the vurrent 2 x 1.5MB speeds into one 3MB connection???

You can buy a special router which will "combine" youf different Internet
signals. You you can set up a PC as a Linux Internet firewall with Internet
bandwidth distribuiton. Look at Net Integrations, since they provide a
already configured Linux firewall syste,

Use a dual WAN router. I like the Xincom DPG502, which has a lot of nice
features and a very good price. (about $160). This is worthwhile if
multiple users are accessing the internet or downloading at the same time. A
single user won't see much difference in using two WAN inputs. The dual
input feature gives you pretty much bulletproof reliability since it's pretty
unlikely that DSL and cable are going to be down at the same time.
