networking small office

We have had our small office set up on the network. Dell
came in and put in a new hard drive and we went to set up
that computer back on the network and it will not connect
to the server computer. The other computers showed up but
we could not access them. We deleted them and tried to
start over. Now nothing shows up under the connection.
Any suggestion?? THANKS!
