networking only in safe mode

cpu1 cpu2 (working fine - 192.168.1.3)

no networking in normal mode, only in safe mode. Tried repair, not happy.
don't get it what the f is going on.
in safe mode pings everything: names, ip's - everything.
in normal mode pings 127.0.0.1 and the ip assigned by DHCP - 192.168.1.2 but not the router - 192.168.1.1 or anything else.

i'm lost. sos.
