Networking My XP Pcs

To all:

I am trying to network 4 pcs at home, I was able to log
them all with specific IPs, I am able to log into the
internet, however I cannot see the other computers on my
workgroup from any of the 4 pcs. I have a printer
locally installed into one of the PCs- I want all 4 pcs
to be able to print from this one.

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turn off the firewall on all but the computer connected to the internet.
