Network Windows XP

I am having so much trouble with networking windows XP that I wont to remove
everything and start from scratch. However, some of the connections doesnt
allow to be removed. How can I remove everything and start anew?

I'm no expert but am probably having as much trouble as
you. I have found out that it helps to disable the
connection before you delete it. Failing that try
uninstalling your modem or network adapter and
reinstalling that.

You could uninstall your network card, reboot and allow windows to reinstall
it.
