Network Usage

Hi,

Does anyone know how is it possible to monitor a computer user's
network activity and how much information can you actually get about
what this person is doing?

It is a MicrosoftXP Network. Can they actually see where you are going
to on the Company Internet and the Public Internet?

Do you know where I can get more information on this?

you would have to have a packet sniffer and/or network traffic analysier for
the LAN traffic. For internet traffic you might have to have to
gateway/router logs.
